This hotel truly exceeded my high expectations in every aspect. Not only did they go above and beyond by returning the documents I accidentally left behind, but they also provided top-notch ironing facilities that made getting ready for the day a breeze. the tea and coffee facilities were well-stocked and the sitting area was cozy and inviting, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring Snowdonia. the dining table was spacious and ideal for enjoying meals cooked in the fully equipped kitchen. the flat-screen TV provided entertainment on the carpeted floor, creating a homey atmosphere. the location was also convenient, with a variety of restaurants and shops within walking distance. Overall, our experience at this hotel was extraordinary and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a delightful stay in Blaenau Ffestiniog.
